🧩 How to Connect Teamtailor & Aivy

  1. Active Aivy in the Teamtailor marketplace

    1. Copy the API key from Aivy at https://dashboard.aivy.app/settings#ats

    2. Navigate to the marketplace (via the dropdown in the right upper corner) in Teamtailor

    3. Search for Aivy in the marketplace

    4. Click on Aivy and then click activate

    5. That will redirect you to the form where you can paste the API key ⇒ triggers are activated!

  2. Create a job in Aivy ⇒ Job must be active!

  3. Select Aivy for new jobs

    1. Click on Jobs under Templates in the settings & then click on Edit default job template

    2. Click on Stages & then on Send webhook

    3. Adjust the settings as desired

    4. When you create a new job in Teamtailor, you can change the selected Assessment for the specific job

  4. Select Aivy for existing jobs

    1. Click on Jobs and select the specific job for which you want to activate Aivy

    2. Then, go to Triggers (magic wand icon)

    3. Go to Inbox and click on Add trigger & then on Send Aivy GmbH webhook

    4. Now you can select the specific Assessment

  5. How it works

    1. When the integration triggers ⇒ sends an invite to the candidate
    2. When the candidate completes the assessment ⇒ sends the results back to Teamtailor

  7. Klick on Test results to see the PDF with detailed information
